Features

  • The CFM segmentation tool was written in Java with a powerful graphical user interface that is used to provide visual feedback during processing.
  • The visual environment of CFM includes basic auxiliary tools of zoom, cine and window level functions for the end user to monitor and observe processing data.
  • CFM uses the Java image I/O plug-in architecture to read a wide variety of common medical image file formats. The results can be saved in binary and gray-level formats.

Description

CFM is a semi-automatic tool that helps researchers to perform 3D vascular tree segmentation is 3DRA and CTA image data. CFM requires an initialization step to start the algorithm by clicking the initial point inside the vessels. The program then automatically segments all the vessels with connected components until no further vascular trees are observed.

System Requirements

Java

  • Version: 1.0
  • Size: 112 Kb
  • OS: any
